The quality of hydraulic lock can be tested by static test and dynamic test.
Static test: With the hydraulic motor stopped, observe whether the hydraulic actuator can continue to maintain pressure by increasing the flow to the set pressure. If the hydraulic actuator does not maintain pressure, the hydraulic lock is faulty;
Dynamic test: also in the case of the hydraulic motor stopped running, by changing the flow rate to see if the hydraulic actuator can continue to maintain pressure. If the hydraulic lock cannot lock the hydraulic actuator when the hydraulic actuator is activated, it also indicates that the hydraulic lock is faulty.
When the hydraulic lock of the 12-ton crane fails, the cause of the failure can be judged by checking the working status of the hydraulic lock seal, spring, piston, one-way valve core, valve sleeve inner circle, valve seat and other accessories. For example, check whether the seals at the screw plugs on both sides of the hydraulic lock and the pipe joints leak oil. If leakage is found, replace the O-ring in time. Check whether the spring is broken, fatigued or deformed; Check whether the surface of the pilot piston is scratched, whether the groove is filled with dirt, and whether the sealing ring fails. Check whether there are burrs and scratches on the outer cylindrical surface of the check valve core and whether it moves freely in the valve sleeve; and whether the cone surface of the check valve core and the valve seat are well sealed, which is the key item of maintenance.
